For those that vote through voting forms, only originals as they appear in the paper will be permitted and photocopies will not be accepted. No block voting or envelopes with bulk entries will be accepted (no more than five entries per envelope please). No internal competitions, discounts or promotions are allowed. Only entries from genuine customers are accepted, and this will be rigorously analysed and spot checked. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries close November 30, 2009.
